	On 18/04/2009 5:07:00 PM Rob Milohanic Says: No Baw Baw for me (twit!), so paid Donna a visit instead - it has been far too long. Perfect conditions for me (cold, little fog, no wind). Eased off slightly just after Cement Creek to recover a little and then put out what I could for the duration. Felt really good, everything was just about perfect (save my descending, which still sucks). 324w AP.
