	On 9/11/2008 6:15:00 PM Robert Rau Says: Thanx to David & Frank for supporting me through the first 2 km. which I did in 7:10min. The goal was to go sub 20 min which was achieved and a few pedal strokes more would have seen sub 19 as well. This attempt was done after the Bastardi Ride along the coast. Very happy with this achievement!
