Comments
Rob commented on his own time: "Group Size 19 reduced to 11; rain intervened at the turn-around point in Flinders. 10 riders completed the full 177km course in 5:55 "
Rob commented on his own time: "Bunch-assisted time: with over 15 riders attending the annual group challenge of this ride in 2009 (31.12.09), there is the added advantage of completing the course with pace-setting & some slip-streaming from other riders in the flatter sections. RC"
Rob commented on his own time: "Completed with no stops, big chain-ring from Two Bays descent onwards, strong!"
Rob commented on his own time: "Just getting fit, this was a good steady attempt, done in light of the recommended approach (i.e. 1st side easier, 2nd side exerted at effort, 3rd side on the clock for 28mins 30secs). Hoping to produce something much better than this by October!"
Rob commented on his own time: "Route completed as final climb + descent of the popular Ridewiser 3SideRide done by group of B & A Grade riders through the dandenongs on a regular basis in summer time lead-up > see URL for this circuit > http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3068569
