	Craig van der Valk Says: Went harder than I expected to. MTB shoes and pedals on the missus' small alchemy/ultegra bike. Keen to TT more seriously next time. Perfect weather! PS. Almost wished I hadn't packed the digital camera (and case) for the trip up. Three hours sleep after drinks/party-food at a pals 30th probably didn't help either...
