	Gary Dowel Says: Led out Simon (Dr Rudy), Zulu and Steve O'Brien for the first 3K, when my plan was to try to stick on Steve's tail. By the time Dr Rudy & then Steve took over, I was a spent force and Zulu was given an armchair ride to the finish. Bloody good training tho
