	Jason Spencer Says: 100% solo. nearly a max effort. Used a pretty high cadence for first half (94 - 104) then a lil slower last 2km (86 - 96). Pretty good conditions. WSW wind at 10kph. gave the good wheels a run. Fairly happy with the time! sub 15 before June!!! is the aim.
