First ride up norton in some time! wanted to go up at 180HR all the way but that soon changed after first 1km, as there were 2 cyclists i wanted to pass and was planning on going all the way up and not stopping like previous attempts. I would have like to go sub 20mins but i guess if i get to 80kg with the same fitness level then that wouldnt be too hard. had gone to the movies already today with ben and phil and walked 90mins home in heat so i guess i would have been a bit tired also so the time is good considering i had already walked 90mins today. I really do need to lose weight and i know its not hard if i keep riding consistently. 80kg is ideal and anything less will really be an advantage for cycling and muscle tone. another goal is to reach that average 300watts for norton that ive always come soo close too in previous attemps.
