	On 5/11/2008 11:58:00 AM John Chatfield Says: I saw the finish line and that I only had 15seconds left to beat the 19min mark so I sprinted (straight in to the red zone at 180b/m heart rate) cross the line then promptly spewed! Didn't even have time to stop the bike first!
