	Jeb Pfitzner Says: Some dude in norwood cycling club gear was behind me, (quite clearly much faster than me) and i saw him a little way back at about the 3rd bend from the elbow so i tried to stay ahead of him as long as possible, he passed me by the eagle but i think i used all my energy by then cos i was really struggling for the rest (:
