Paul commented on his own time: "Faster than the last time I did this in Jan so not all pear shaped."
Paul commented on his own time: "A steady ride, but no spark."
Paul commented on his own time: "Went out fairly strongly (though perhaps not strongly enough). Settled down intoa rhthym aby about 6km to. Got passed by the roider behind me after about 1.5km, but blew him away on the flat spot. Caught the rider in front of me on the line. Caught by one other rider. Fairly constant ride, a little slower than could do due to being passed early on. A strong last km. Time is ok, but nothing too flash. Did not come anywhere and the winning time was low 15 minutes (for C grade!"
Paul commented on his own time: "Quite a hard ride with some energy falloff up the hills. - 2nd out and back section. slower than 1st leg with a higher HR. Sufferred more on the hills this leg"
Paul commented on his own time: "wanted to see how I would go on course on a road bike as raced this last weekend on TT bike. Quite a hard ride with some energy falloff up the hills. - 1st out and back section"

I find that an easy weights session on the legs (leg curls and extensions) once a week at a moderate weight gives my legs a little extra umph along the flats and up the hills. Does nothing for my stamina though :(

Yeah, being able to edit climbs I've created as well as any times I input would improve the site's functionality.

I have set up a few hill climbs. Seeing the snazzy new interface I thought I'd update the climbs I set up with elevation graphs etc. I am unable to edit any of the climbs I originally whacked on the site. How do I go about editing the actual climb data?
Also, any photos of the actual hill or maps of the hills I setup originally appear to be invisible! Grrr.
Cheers
