Jim commented on his own time: "Was actually chasing a 5 Minute Power PB (428 Watts) so backed off after this point. Still managed a PB on the Hill, will try again soon with a paced effort all the way, aim to break into the 7's"

Jim commented on his own time: "best effort so far, still trying to crack 9 mins. Interestingly this time I was doing intervals of 10 seconds sprinting, 50 seconds recover, bettered my previous steady state by 10 seconds"

Hi Guys, can you explain how the .HRM verification is supposed to work? Is the plan to make the .HRM files available to download and review?

I used to have the same problem when on the Mountain bike, all you can really do is turn off "auto start" mode, of course you will then have to remember to manually stop and start at traffic lights etc.
